Hunter Spivey

Hunter is a pianist, arranger, and teacher in Nashville. Deep roots in jazz and gospel come together with his many years of classical study to form a sound that’s richly soulful and deeply intentional. He toured for years with world-renowned vocalist David Phelps, and has worked with many other noteworthy people and organizations including Devin Leigh, Jordan Kahn, Church of the Apostles, Judson Baptist Church, and Stage Notes School of Music and Arts. He holds a B.M. in commercial music from Belmont University and a M.M. in jazz from University of North Texas.
